Pollard’s legal department is equally impressive, having recently been selected as a finalist for In-House Counsel/Legal Team of the year at the 2021 Global Regulatory Awards. Following a series of recent acquisitions and unprecedented growth, we are now seeking a Corporate Clerk to join our Legal Team.  You will be responsible for corporate and regulatory compliance activities including preparation of corporate records, gaming licenses and regulatory filings. You will coordinate reports and submissions to government agencies and regulators to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulations, worldwide. In addition, you will maintain minute books for our subsidiaries and will support corporate transactions and public RFP processes.  This position is located in Winnipeg and will report to the Manager, Legal Affairs.

The ideal candidate will have a 3-5 years of corporate or regulatory/compliance experience gained at a well-respected firm or corporation.  You must be able to manage tight timelines, work independently, multitask and have keen attention to detail.  Good judgement, the ability to take initiative and strong organizational skills will also be required to succeed in this role.  The ability to work with senior management, direct external partners, and communicate effectively will be important.
